These homemade beef rissoles are made with tender, protein-rich beef and simple, fructose-free ingredients, they are simple to make and packed with flavour. These rissoles are ideal for BBQs, family dinners, meal prepping, or a quick snack.
- Beef mince (use desired amount 500g or 1kg)
- 1 pc finely chopped mushroom
- 2 pcs finely chopped baby spinach leaves (stalks and veins removed)
- small amount of egg to bind ingredients
- salt and pepper to taste
- very small pinch of dried mixed herbs
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls.
Flatten balls and place in the fry pan with some olive oil.
Cook until meat is brown all the way through. This can be done in the oven or in a fry pan with a little olive oil.
