Ingredients

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g tasty cheese (grated)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 pcs cream cheese triangles (alternatively 1tbsp of Philadelphia cream cheese)
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Add flour, salt, butter, grated cheese, cream cheese and egg white into a food processor/bowl and mix well. Note: A food processor will finely chop the cheese, giving the cookies a smooth look and mixing them in a bowl will give them a cute spotty look from the cheese pieces.
  • Knead it into a dough and roll out the dough to a desired thickness.
  • Using cookie cutters, make all the shapes you like.
  • Place the cookies on baking paper in your baking tray. Cook in oven for 10 – 12 minutes depending on thickness. Thick cookies will require more cooking time. Keep a close eye on the oven, once cookies are golden brown remove from oven.
  • Set aside cookies until they have cooled down and enjoy!
