- 1 packet macaroni pasta
- 200 g tasty cheese (grated)
- 500 g milk (full cream)
- 20 g butter
- 50 g plain flour (or corn flour as an alternative)
- 400 g tin of tuna chunks (in brine not oil)
- 1 tsp olive oil
Boil a large pot of water and add olive oil.
Add the following ingredients to saucepan: cheese, milk, butter, plain flour. Stir the pot and mix ingredients.
While the sauce is cooking put your pasta into the boiling water and stir to ensure it doesn’t stick together. The pasta should take approximately 8 minutes to cook.
When the sauce has combined and is a nice consistency, open the tinned tuna and drain. Add tuna to the sauce and cook for1 – 2 minutes.
Drain and rinse pasta and return to the pot. Pour sauce over the pasta and gently stir through. Serve.
