600mlThickened Cream
3dropsSafe vanilla essence
4dropsSafe food colouring
Sprinkle of Gelatin
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your thermomix or food processor and whip it for 1 – 3minutes.
Ensure the mixture has thickened and keep your eyes on it as it can curdle if overdone.
Once it has thickened place into a tub or into ice cream moulds and pop them in the freezer. I prefer the ice cream mould as it is easier for the kids to eat.

I send a batch of HFI Safe Ice-creams to my children’s school to be available in the canteen on hot summer days. My children love being able to enjoy a safe ice-cream with their friends.
