Beef Rissoles

These homemade beef rissoles are made with tender, protein-rich beef and simple, fructose-free ingredients, they are simple to make and packed with flavour. These rissoles are ideal for BBQs, family dinners, meal prepping, or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • Beef mince (use desired amount 500g or 1kg)
  • 1 pc finely chopped mushroom
  • 2 pcs finely chopped baby spinach leaves (stalks and veins removed)
  • small amount of egg to bind ingredients
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • very small pinch of dried mixed herbs

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls.
  • Flatten balls and place in the fry pan with some olive oil.
  • Cook until meat is brown all the way through. This can be done in the oven or in a fry pan with a little olive oil.
